摘　　要：〔目的〕确定奥扎格雷甲酯的结构和测定纯度的方法。〔方法〕采用紫外分光光度法和红外光谱法确认奥扎格雷甲酯的结构,采用容量法和色谱法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度。〔结果〕样品的紫外谱图在283 nm有最大吸收峰,红外吸收图谱在2950J 710J 282 J 083 cm"有特征吸收峰,用容量法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度为98.52%,用高效液相色谱法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度,检测波长从210 nm到360 nm,纯度从94.8863%到100%。〔结论〕通过光谱法确证该化合物为奥扎格雷甲酯,通过比较容量法和高效液相色谱法对奥扎格雷甲酯纯度的检测结果,表明使用容量法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度较为合适。[Objective]Determination of the purity of the reference methyl Ozagrel.[Methods J Were using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,infrared spectroscopy,and chromatography capacity for self-methyl Ozagrel reference structure and purity were detected.[Results]The UV spectrum with a maximum absorption peak at 282 nm,infrared absorption peaks at 2950,1710,1282,1083 cm-1 characteristic absorption peaks,Ozagrel capacity detecting method purity 98.52%methyl;but with the HPLC purity of methyl ozagrel different wavelengths at different purity detected,the detection wavelength was 210 nm to 360 nm,with a purity of 94.8863%~100%.[Conclusion]Th is can be learned by the experimental drugs to Ozagrel methyl purity of 97.61%.
