摘 要:絮凝剂是絮凝沉淀法处理水污染问题的关键水处理剂,其使用量逐年递增,研究开发一种高效低耗、无害安全、无二次污染的水处理剂是絮凝领域的重要内容。以工业副产品绿矾为主要原料,利用Box-Behnken实验设计结合响应曲面法分析聚合温度、磷铁摩尔比、OH^-/Fe摩尔比和硫铁摩尔比四个制备因素对絮凝剂产品性能的影响;Ferron逐时络合比色法测定聚磷硫酸铁的形态分布,分析磷铁摩尔比及放置时间对产品中的Fe(Ⅲ)形态分布特征的影响。研究结果表明:聚合温度与硫铁比、磷铁摩尔比与硫铁比、磷铁摩尔比与OH^^-/Fe摩尔比在制备产品过程中的交互效果明显,在最佳条件下制备的产品对高浊度废水的去除率可达到99%以上;PO4^3-的引入在一定程度上抑制了Fe^3+的水解,并改变溶液内Fe^3+的三种形态的分布比例,制备的产品稳定性可达6个月以上。Flocculant is the key water treatment agent for flocculation and sedimentation treatment of pollution water.Its use amount is increasing year by year.It is an important content in the field of flocculation to study water treatment agents with high efficiency,low consumption,harmless safety and no secondary pollution.In this work,the industrial by-product green carp was used as the main raw material.The influence of polymerization temperature,phosphorus-iron molar ratio,OH-/Fe molar ratio and sulfur-iron molar ratio on the preparation of flocculant was analyzed by Box-Behnken experimental design combined with response surface methodology.The morphological distribution of polyphosphate ferric sulfate was determined by Ferron time-complexing colorimetric method.The effects of phosphorus-iron molar ratio and aging time on the distribution of Fe(Ⅲ)were studied.The experimental results showed that the interaction temperature between the polymerization temperature and the ratio of iron to iron,the molar ratio of ferrophosphorus to iron,the molar ratio of phosphorus to iron and the molar ratio of OH^-/Fe were obvious in the process of preparing the product.The removal rate of high turbidity wastewater was more than 99%.And the introduction of PO4^3-inhibited to some extent the hydrolysis of Fe^3+,changes the distribution ratio of the three forms of Fe3+in the solution,and the stability of the prepared product could last for at least 6 months.
