摘　　要：文章旨在从叶天士"营血"理论探析DF的病机变化。营热阴亏、络脉瘀阻而发DF,是营分证在DF的基本病机;热灼瘀血、脉络受损而发DF,是血分证在DF病程后期病机变化,为临床运用中医药预防及治疗该病提供新的理论依据和辨证思路。The purpose of this paper is to explore the pathogenesis of DF based on ye tianshiying’s blood theory. The basic pathogenesis of the camp syndrome in DF is the deficiency of heat Yin and Yin and the stasis of the collaterals. Heat burning stasis blood vein damage,and the development of DF,is the blood syndrome in the late course of DF pathogenesis change,for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of the disease to broaden the new theoretical basis and syndrome differentiation treatment ideas.
