摘 要:目的:分析比较不同提取方法制备的川芎中挥发性成分。方法:分别采用顶空进样法和水蒸气蒸馏法制备川芎挥发油,并对其进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。结果:两种方法制备的川芎挥发油的化学成分类型和相对含量有所差异,顶空进样法制备的挥发油含29个化学成分,其中烯萜类成分占挥发油总量76%,苯酞类成分占挥发油总量的16%。水蒸气蒸馏法制备的挥发油共鉴定出32个化合物,烯萜类占挥发油总量的4.50%,苯酞类占挥发油总量的88%。结论:两种提取方法,分别提供了不同沸点川芎挥发油的化学信息,运用这两种方法可建立更全面的川芎挥发性成分GC-MS信息。Objective To compare and analyze essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma extracted by different methods. Method The essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma were extracted by means of headspace sampling and steam distillation respectively, and the obtained samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result The essential oil extracted by headspace sampling method contained 29 chemical components, among which the terpene account for 76% of the total essential oil, and the phthalein components account for 16% of the total essential oil. And 32 compounds were identified from essential oil extracted by steam distillation, with terpene accounting for 4.50% of total essential oil and phthalein 88%.Conclusion The types of chemical composition and relative contents of the essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma were varied by the two methods. The terpene was the main chemical type of the essential oil extracted by headspace sampling method, while the phthalide was the main chemical type of the essential oil extracted by steam distillation extraction. The information of volatile components of Chuanxiong Rhizoma could be established by two methods.
