摘　　要：中医学是以哲学为理论基础的经验医学,在历经数千年的发展后在中国及周边地区取得了不可替代的地位。整体观念是中医学的核心指导思想,但由于人体本身的生理病理机制极其复杂,故采用现代分析医学方法难以探究其诊治本质。近年来大数据及人工智能的快速发展再一次为智慧中医发展带来契机,文章通过全面检索中英文数据库文献并借助中医学、中医工程学、中医信息学以及现代科学技术的相关理论来简要介绍中医四诊客观量化的研究进展,分析目前存在的不足,结合相关领域发展现况对未来中医四诊辅助技术进行展望。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is an empirical medicine based on philosophy. After thousands of years of development, it has achieved an irreplaceable position in China and its surrounding areas. The overall sense is the core guiding ideology of TCM. However, because the physiological and pathological mechanism of the human body is extremely complicated, it is difficult to explore the nature of diagnosis and treatment by modern analytical medicine methods. In recent years, the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence has once again brought vigorous vitality to smart Chinese medicine. This article will briefly summarize the Chinese and English database literature and use the relevant theories of TCM, Chinese Medicine Engineering, Chinese Medicine Informatics and modern science and technology. This paper introduces the research progress of objective quantification of four diagnostics of TCM, analyzes the existing deficiencies, and prospects the future four diagnostic aids of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with the current development of related fields.
