药学专业大学生开展校企联合创新创业教育的探索

摘　　要：大学生创业教育重在紧跟时代发展,在实践中提高大学生对创业的感性认识,训练个人面对创业困难和风险时的素质、能力和协作精神。目前医学和中医药高校在大学生创业教育都面临师资力量薄弱、教学模式单一、缺乏市场化实践、大学生参与热情不高等问题。论文探索通过与医药企业联合,开展将"互联网+"市场实践引入大学生创业教育实践的形式。在有效控制风险的前提下,一方面弥补医科高校创业教育师资力量薄弱,缺乏市场实践,大学生参与热情不高的问题;另一方面可为合作企业提供开拓大学生社交圈的新传播途径创造了机会,实现校企双赢。College students’ entrepreneurship education focuses on keeping up with the development of The Times, improving their perceptual knowledge of entrepreneurship in practice, and training their quality, ability and spirit of cooperation in face of entrepreneurial difficulties and risks. At present, colleges and universities of medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are confronted with the problems of insufficient teaching staff, single teaching mode, lack of market practice, and low enthusiasm for college students’ participation in entrepreneurship education. This paper explores the form of introducing "Internet +" market practice into entrepreneurship education practice of college students through joint efforts with pharmaceutical enterprises. On the premise of effective risk control, on the one hand, it can make up for the problems of weak entrepreneurship education faculty, lack of market practice and low enthusiasm of medical college students. On the other hand, it can provide cooperative enterprises with new communication channels to expand the social circle of college students and create opportunities for them to achieve a win-win situation.
