高速公路危险路段交通违法一体化取证研究

摘　　要：为实现对急转S弯、长下坡等行车视距不畅危险路段的交通行为实时检测,通过路段上下游相关视频图像实现视频的全覆盖,汇总监控路段的视频信息,研究基于多路视频的针对超速、违法停车、压线、不按规定车道行驶等交通违法行为的智能分析研判技术,研究交通违法和交通事件的实时预警技术,构建集视频检测、智能研判、警告显示、违法取证于一体的危险路段交通违法行为警告与无缝取证系统。In order to real-time detect traffic behaviors on dangerous road sections such as sharp S-bends with poor viewing distance and dangerous road sections with long downhill slopes,through relevant video images on upstream and downstream of the road sections for video full coverage,the researchers summarized the video information of the monitored road sections to study multi-channel video based intelligent analysis and research technologies for traffic violations such as speeding,illegal parking,pressing the line and driving on the wrong lane.Real-time early warning technologies for traffic violations and traffic incidents were also studied to construct a warning and seamless forensic evident collecting device integrating video detection,intelligent research,warning display and illegal evidence collection for traffic violaion behaviors along dangerous road sections.
