摘 要:采用净水厂干化铝污泥吸附处理水中的Pb^2+和Cu^2+,研究了污泥投加量、pH、Pb^2+和Cu^2+初始浓度、吸附时间以及温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,Pb^2+和Cu^2+的去除率均随污泥投加量的增加和溶液pH的升高而增大;Langmuir模型能够准确描述干化铝污泥对Pb^2+和Cu^2+的吸附特性,20℃时其对Pb^2+和Cu^2+的饱和吸附量分别可达212.77、73.53 mg/g;干化铝污泥对Pb^2+和Cu^2+的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型;吸附过程为自发、吸热、熵增的反应。This paper was aimed to investigate the adsorption of Pb^2+and Cu^2+in water by dried alum-sludge(DAS)from a water treatment plant.The effects of sludge dosage,initial pH,initial concentrations of Pb^2+and Cu^2+,adsorption time and temperature on Pb^2+and Cu^2+adsorption were investigated,respectively.The results showed that the adsorption removal rates of Pb^2+and Cu^2+increased with increasing the sludge dose or pH.Langmuir isothermal model could accurately describe the adsorption characteristic of DAS adsorption on Pb^2+and Cu^2+.The maximum adsorption capacities of DAS on Pb^2+and Cu^2+at 20℃were 212.77 mg/g and 73.53 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption kinetics of DAS on Pb^2+and Cu^2+fit well with Lagergren’s pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The adsorption was a spontaneous and endothermic progress along with entropy production.
