摘  要:在大口径遥感相机结构设计中,桁架结构具有构型简单、尺寸跨度大、比刚度高等优点,应用越来越广泛。而桁架杆接头是桁架式主结构的设计重点之一。本文比较了几种桁架杆连接方式的优缺点,并根据相机要求设计了一种球铰式连接桁架结构,该球铰接头可实现桁架长度、角度可调,有连接可靠、装配过程简单易行等特点,同时也能减少装配过程中产生的过多装配应力,充分发挥桁架杆的二力杆特性。相机进行了力学振动试验,试验表明:振动前后相机各谱段MTF值变化在测试误差标定范围内,相机频率未发生明显漂移,振动试验充分验证了该接头结构设计的合理性和有效性。With merits of simple configuration,large span of dimension,high specific stiffness,truss structure is widely used in the long-span space camera and the truss rod-connector is the key part of truss structure design.The advantages and disadvantages of several truss rod-connectors are compared in this paper,and a new articulated joint rod-connector structure is designed.The structure has features of bonding reliability,easy assembly process and adjustable length and angle.At the same time,residual assembling stress can be reduced in assembly process and the property of two-force rod is fully played.The test result of mechanical vibration shows that the camera’s MTF change is within the calibration error range.The camera’s frequency doesn’t have significant drift.The mechanical test results show that this articulated joint design is rational and valid.
