摘　　要：以广州科技金融发展现状着手,总结出广州目前的科技金融形式包括政府投入形式、多层次资本市场参与形式、创业投资形式、科技保险形式和其他科技金融形式(如知识产权证券化产品等)。广州科技金融发展效果并不显著,与北京、上海、深圳等城市相比有一定的差距,原因在于高新技术企业发展后劲不足、专利申请与授权数目较少、科技成果转化效率较低以及科技金融政策体系不完善等。随着粤港澳大湾区建设进程的进一步深入,广州未来的科技金融发展将会呈现以下特点:国际化特色日趋明显;相关财政政策将不断改进完善;对科技金融的监管力度加大;科技金融衍生产品种类更加丰富等。Starting from the current status of the development of science and technology finance in Guangzhou, this article concludes the overall technology and finance forms in Guangzhou, including government supplementary forms, multi-level capital market participation forms, venture capital investment forms, technology insurance forms, and other forms of technology finance (such as intellectual property securitization products). The development effect of Guangzhou’s science and technology finance is not significant, and there is a certain gap with Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities, resulting from insufficient stamina for high-tech development, the comparatively small number of patent applications and authorizations, the inefficiency of scientific and technological achievements, and the imperfect technology and financial policy system, etc. With the further development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction process, the future development trend of science and technology and finance in Guangzhou will have the ensuing characteristics: international characteristics will become increasingly distinct;relevant fiscal policies will be improved;supervision of science and technology finance will be intensi fied;and the products deriving from science and technology finance will be more various and so on.
