摘 要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定十三味和中丸(柴胡、枳壳、延胡索等)中芍药苷、延胡索乙素、盐酸小檗碱、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、黄芩苷、甘草酸、柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters SunfireTMC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈⁃0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、230、283、345 nm。结果9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R2≥0.9991),平均加样回收率95.1%~102.3%,RSD 0.48%~3.11%。结论该方法简便可靠,可用于十三味和中丸的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin,tet⁃rahydropalmatine,berberine hydrochloride,naringin,hesperidin,baicalin,glycyrrhizic acid,saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Shisanwei Hezhong Pills(Bupleuri Radix,Aurantii Fructus,Corydalis Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters SunfireTM C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile⁃0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,230,283,345 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R2≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 95.1%-102.3%with the RSDs of 0.48%-3.11%.CONCLUSION This simple and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Shisanwei Hezhong Pills.
