摘  要:[目的]建立一种超高效液相色谱快速测定茶叶中三氯杀螨醇的方法。[方法]采用Waters H-Class超高效液相色谱仪,ACQUITY UPLC BEH?C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),测定波长230 nm,流动相为A(甲醇)∶B(1%乙酸水)=90∶10,流速0.5 mL/min。茶叶中的三氯杀螨醇采用丙酮和正己烷进行提取,经浓硫酸净化和浓缩后,用甲醇定容后进行分析检测。[结果]三氯杀螨醇在0.05~10.00 mg/L具有较好的线性关系(R2=0.9992),检测限为0.05 mg/L。茶叶样品中添加3个浓度三氯杀螨醇的平均回收率为93.9%~106.0%,变异系数为3.3%~11.1%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、灵敏,可用于茶叶中三氯杀螨醇的分析检测。[Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for the rapid determination of dicofol in tea by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).[Method]The system composed of a Waters H-Class UPLC and a ACQUITY UPLC BEH?C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),and detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.The mobile phase was A(methanol):B(water containing 1%acetic acid)=90∶10 and the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The dicofol residues in the tea were extracted by acetone and hexane,and purified by concentrated sulfuric acid.The final residues were fixed in methanol for detection.[Result]The good linear range was 0.05-10.00 mg/L(R2=0.9992).The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/L.The average recoveries of dicofol which were added into the tea were 93.9%-106.0%and variation coefficients(CVs)ranged from 3.3%-11.1%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid,accurate and high sensitivity,which can be used for the detection of dicofol in the tea.
