摘 要:数值计算了夏热冬冷地区不同的结构层厚度、地暖管导热性能以及超导模块特性对快速高效地板辐射供暖特性的影响。结果表明:当地暖进水温度为318 K、室内初始温度为279 K、开启地暖10 min后,结构层厚度从0 mm增加到15 mm时,室内温度最高相差13.2 K;地暖管导热系数从0.4 W·m^-1·K^-1增加到3.6 W·m^-1·K^-1时,室内温度最多相差6.4 K;比较是否铺设导热模块两种情况,相同供暖时间下,最大相差13 K。为了综合评价快速供暖的影响,提出室内温度不均匀系数,并发现当结构层厚度δ5 mm、地暖管导热系数λ1.2 W·m^-1·K^-1、有超导模块工况下,室内平均温度在289.6~296.5 K之间,温度不均匀系数在3.77×10^-3~5.89×10^-3之间,有较好的室内温度舒适性和均匀性,可以满足快速供暖需求。The influence of different thickness of structure layer,thermal conductivity of floor heating tube and characteristics of superconducting module on the characteristics of rapid and efficient floor radiant heating in hot summer and cold winter are calculated numerically.The results show that when the water inlet temperature is 318 K in warm and the initial indoor temperature is 279 K,the maximum difference in indoor temperature is 13.2 K when the thickness of the structure layer increases from 0 mm to 15 mm after the floor heating is turned on for 10 minutes.The maximum difference of indoor temperature is 6.4 K under the thermal conductivity of the heating pipe ranging from 0.4 to 3.6 W·m^-1·K^-1.The two cases of laying heat conduction model or not compared,the maximum difference of temperature is 13 K under the same heating time.In addition,the coefficient of indoor temperature inhomogeneity is proposed so as to evaluate the influence of rapid heating comprehensively.It is also found that when the thickness of the structure layer is less than 5 mm,the thermal conductivity of the heating pipe is greater than 1.2 W·m^-1·K^-1,the average indoor temperature is between 289.6 and 296.5 K,the temperature inhomogeneity coefficient is between 3.77×10^-3 and 5.89×10^-3,which has better indoor temperature comfort and uniformity,thus meeting the need of rapid heating.
