摘  要:目的对婴儿配方粉、婴儿生物样品中梭状芽孢杆菌鉴定分析,获得梭状芽胞杆菌的污染水平数据,对婴儿膳食及环境暴露重要梭状芽孢杆菌对其健康影响风险评估研究提供数据支持。方法通过分离菌株的生长特性、革兰染色、普通显微镜下形态特征等表现特征,结合生化鉴定结果、16S rRNA基因测序对分离菌株进行综合鉴定。结果 200份样品中,共检出34株梭状芽胞杆菌。其中120份婴儿粪便中检出12株生胞梭菌(10.00%)、5株第三梭菌(4.17.%)、5株丁酸梭菌(4.17%)、2株索氏梭菌(1.67%);60份婴儿日常食用配方粉中检出5株生胞梭菌(5/60)、3株丁酸梭菌(3/60);20份市售婴儿配方奶粉检出2株生胞梭菌(2/20)。结论人工喂养的婴儿粪便中分离得到梭状芽孢杆菌,而母乳喂养婴儿粪便未分离出梭菌,二者差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=30.00,P<0.05);市售婴儿配方粉存在梭状芽孢菌污染,母乳喂养为最佳方式,可降低婴儿体内梭状芽胞杆菌的污染风险。Objective To identified the Clostridium in infant formula and biological samples, and obtain the contamination level of Clostridium, and to provide data support for risk assessment studies on the impact of Clostridium on infant health from dietary and environmental exposure. Methods Clostridium isolates were identified by growth characteristics, gram’s stain and morphological characteristics under the microscope, combined with the biochemical identification and 16 S rRNA sequencing method. Results Thirty-four Clostridium strains were detected in 200 samples. Twelve strains of C.sporogenes(10.00%), 5 strains of C.tertium(4.17.%), 5 strains of C.butyricum(4.17%) and 2 strains of C.solani(1.67%) were detected in 120 infant feces;5 strains of C.sporogenes(5/60) and 3 strains of C.butyricum(3/60) were detected in 60 daily infant formula powders;2 strains of C.sporogenes were detected in 20 commercially available infant formulas(2/20). Conclusions Clostridium was isolated from artificially fed infant feces, and no Clostridium was detected in the feces of breast-fed infants. The difference is statistically significant(χ^2=30.00, P<0.05). The commercial infant formula powder was contaminated with Clostridium, and breastfeeding reduced the risk of contamination of Clostridium in early infants.
