摘　　要：目的设计诺如病毒急性胃肠炎呕吐物处置集成,为规范呕吐物现场处置及处置包配置提供依据。方法采用集成的方式,依据相关标准对呕吐物处置元素进行合理选择和科学配置。结果诺如病毒急性胃肠炎呕吐物处置应在多元素集成与科学处置流程的整合下,从现场隔离、现场防护、消毒处置等环节做到有效降低传染风险。结论呕吐物处置集成的应用是诺如病毒急性胃肠炎疫情处置的关键环节。Objective To design the package for the disinfection of vomit caused by acute gastroenteritis due to norovirus, and provide guideline for cleaning up the vomit on-site. Methods Based on the unit integration, reasonable selection and scientific combination were made to handle the vomit according to the relevant standards. Results The vomit caused by the acute gastroenteritis due to norovirus should be integrated with the multi-element combination and scientific process to effectively reduce the risk of infection including on-site isolation, on-site protection, disinfection and disposal. Conclusion The application of unit integration for disinfecting vomit disposal is the key link for controlling the epidemic of acute gastroenteritis caused by norovirus.
