摘　　要：目的了解2016年北京市怀柔区居民糖尿病前期患病及相关危险因素的现状及变化趋势,为糖尿病的预防与治疗提供研究思路。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法选取怀柔区16个镇乡、街道的18岁及以上常住人口5 046人作为研究对象,采用《怀柔区社区诊断居民问卷(2016)》进行现场问卷调查,并使用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行分析。结果此次调查共发放调查问卷5 053份,回收有效问卷5 046份(99.86%),糖尿病前期患者为579例(11.47%),60岁以下为9.90%,60岁以上为13.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.493,P=0.000)。年龄、腰围、体质指数和血脂异常是糖尿病前期的危险因素,OR值分别为1.387、1.010、1.206和1.509。结论怀柔区居民糖尿病前期患病率较高,应列为今后公共卫生工作重点。应针对腰围、体质指数、血脂异常等危险因素开展干预,延缓糖尿病前期向糖尿病转化。Objective To understand the current situation and change trend of pre-diabetes and related risk factors of residents in Huairou district in 2016, and to provide research ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods With multi-stage stratified randomly cluster sampling, 5 046 residents above 18 years old in the 16 townships were picked for the study. The resident questionnaire for community diagnosis in Huairou district(2016) was used for on-site questionnaire survey, and SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis. Results A total of 5 053 questionnaires were distributed and 5 046 valid questionnaires(99.86%) were recovered. The number of patients with pre-diabetes was 579(11.47%). The prevalence was 9.90% for people under 60 years old and 13.30% for those over 60 years old(χ^2=14.493, P=0.000). Age, waist circumference, body mass index, and dyslipidemia were risk factors of pre-diabetes, and OR value were 1.387, 1.010,1.206,1.509, respectively. Conclusions The pre-diabetes prevalence of residents in Huairou district is high, which should be listed as the focus of health work in the future. Intervention aimed at waist circumference, body mass index, dyslipidemia and other risk factors should be carried out to prevent transformation from pre-diabetes to diabetes.
