摘　　要：目的评价糖尿病社区管理医生流感疫苗推荐工作满意度问卷的信度和效度。方法通过文献复习、专家访谈和预调查自行编制糖尿病社区管理医生流感疫苗推荐工作满意度问卷,采用Cronbach’sα系数评价问卷信度,采用相关性分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析法评价问卷效度。结果该问卷包括执业环境、工作本身、总体满意度和职业负担4个维度,共23个条目。问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.936,执业环境、工作本身、总体满意度和职业负担4个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.924、0.884、0.937和0.891。验证性因子分析显示,4个维度特征根均>1,累积方差贡献率为73.82%。各条目与总问卷的Pearson相关系数为0.339~0.818(P<0.05),各维度与总问卷的Pearson相关系数为0.429~0.872(P<0.05)。探索验证性因子分析显示,参数估计值误差方差均无负值,标准误为0.035~0.099,有统计学意义(P<0.05),各条目与所在维度之间的标准化参数估计值为0.596~0.939;卡方自由度比值为4.627(P<0.05),比较适配指数为0.827,渐进残差均方和平方根为0.076,模型拟合优度良好。结论编制的糖尿病社区管理医生流感疫苗推荐工作满意度问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可作为社区糖尿病管理医生流感疫苗推荐工作满意度评价工具。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a questionnaire for job satisfaction with influenza vaccine recommendation of community diabetes management doctors.Methods Through the literature review,expert interviews and pilot survey,a questionnaire for job satisfaction with influenza vaccine recommendation of community diabetes management doctors was initially formed.Cronbach’sαcoefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire;correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)were used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire.Results The questionnaire had 23 items,which were categorized into four dimensions:working environment,job itself,general satisfaction and occupational load.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of working environment,job itself,general satisfaction,occupational load and the total questionnaire was 0.924,0.884,0.937,0.891 and 0.936,respectively.EFA showed that the characteristic roots of four dimensions were all more than one,and the cumulative variance proportion was 73.82%.The Pearson correlation coefficient between each item and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.339 to 0.818,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.429 to 0.872(all P<0.05).CFA showed that the variances of parameter estimation errors were all positive,and the standard errors ranged from 0.035 to 0.099,which were statistically significant(P<0.05);the standardized parameters between each item and dimension ranged from 0.596 to 0.939;χ^2/df was4.627(P<0.05),the comparative fit index was 0.827,the root mean square error of approximation was 0.076,which indicated the model fit.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,so it can be used to evaluate the satisfaction with influenza vaccine recommendation of community diabetes management doctors.
