特色沐足方治疗老年高血压的临床疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察特色沐足方治疗老年高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年10月-2018年5月在广东省中医院大学城医院综合科住院的年龄大于60岁的高血压病人100例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。两组均给予常规治疗与健康指导,在此基础上治疗组、对照组分别行特色沐足方、温水沐足治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效、血压、生活质量,并行安全性评价。结果治疗组总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前下降,SF-36生活质量量表评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,SF-36生活质量量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良事件。结论采用特色沐足方沐足有助于改善老年高血压病人的临床症状,降低血压水平,提高病人的生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Tese Muzu prescription(TMP)in treating elderly hypertension.Methods One hundred elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=50)treated with warm water foot massage,and the treatment group(n=50)treated with TMP in the basis of routine treatment and health guidance for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,and quality of life were compared between two groups,and safety evaluation was performed.Results The total effective rate was 98.0%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were lower than that before treatment.The SF-36 quality of life scale scores were higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group,and the score of the MOS 36-item Short-Form health survey(SF-36)was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse event occurred in two groups.Conclusion TMP could improve the clinical symptoms,lower blood pressure levels,improve the quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.
