摘 要:目的研究甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物(SPE)对辐射损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法选取SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组(N组),辐射模型组(M组)和SPE低剂量组(SPE1组)、中剂量组(SPE2组)、高剂量组(SPE3组),每组8只。除N组不予辐射外,其余各组大鼠均接受直线加速器X射线源一次全身均匀辐射,辐射剂量为6 Gy。辐射后,SPE各剂量组分别给予SPE溶液50、100、200 mg/kg灌胃,N组、M组给予空白对照溶液灌胃,1/d,连续给药34 d。于辐射前1 d及辐射后1、4、7、14、21、28、35 d给药前观察各组大鼠体征变化并称定其体质量,检测外周血常规指标;于辐射后35 d给药前称定大鼠心脏、肺脏、肾脏、肝脏、脾脏、胸腺、睾丸质量,计算各脏器系数。结果口服2周以上SPE,可促进大鼠体征持续好转。辐射后21、28 d,SPE2组、SPE3组大鼠体质量显著高于M组(P<0.05),且SPE3组与M组具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);SPE2组、SPE3组大鼠红细胞显著高于M组(P<0.05)。辐射后21~35 d,SPE2组、SPE3组大鼠血红蛋白显著高于M组(P<0.01)。辐射后21 d,SPE各剂量组大鼠血小板显著高于M组(P<0.05)。辐射后35 d,SPE3组大鼠肝脏系数显著高于M组(P<0.05);SPE2组、SPE3组大鼠脾脏系数显著高于M组(P<0.05)。结论SPE具有提高辐射损伤大鼠体质量,增加红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板数量,增强了肝脏损伤、脾脏损伤的保护作用。Objective To investigate protective effect of salvia przewalskii total phenolic acid extract(SPE)on radiation damage in rats.Methods A total of 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group(N group,n=8),radiation model group(M group,n=8),SPE low-(SPE1,n=8),medium-(SPE2,n=8)and high-dose(SPE3,n=8)groups.There were 8 rats in each group.Except N group,all other groups received once uniform radiation for whole body under a linear accelerator with X-ray source and 6 Gy radiation dose.After radiation,SPE groups were lavaged with 50,100 and 200 mg/kg SPE solutions respectively,while N and M groups were lavaged with blank control solutions as the same time,and all treatments were once a day for 34 consecutive days.On the 1st d before radiation and on the 1st,4th,7th,14th,21st,28th and 35th d after radiation,changes of rats’signs were observed,and rats’body masses were weighed,and routine indicators of peripheral blood were detected in each groups.On the 35th d after radiation,values of heart,lung,kidney,liver,spleen,thymus and testicles masses were weighed to calculate each organ coefficient.SPE was taken orally for more than two weeks,and rats’signs were improved continuously.Results On the 21st and 28th d after radiation,rats’body masses in SPE2 and SPE3 groups were significantly higher than those in M group(P<0.05),and there were significantly differences in the body masses between SPE3 and M groups(P<0.01),and levels of red blood cells in SPE2 and SPE3 groups were significantly higher than that in M group(P<0.05).On the 21st-35th d after radiation,levels of rats’hemoglobin in SPE2 and SPE3 groups were significantly higher than that in M group(P<0.01).On the 21st d after radiation,levels of rats’platelets in SPE groups were significantly higher than that in M group(P<0.05).On the 35th d after radiation,value of rats’liver coefficient in SPE3 group was significantly higher than that in M group(P<0.05).Values of rats’spleen coefficient in SPE2 and SPE3 groups were significantly higher t
