摘　　要：目的探讨脑心通胶囊对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛病人胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达水平的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月于陕西省人民医院心内科住院通过冠状动脉造影确诊并行药物保守治疗的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛病人72例。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服脑心通胶囊,每次1.6 g,每日3次,疗程为12周。检测治疗前后血清IGF-1水平并进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗前、治疗后血清IGF-1水平分别为(76.69±21.28)μg/L、(126.61±28.67)μg/L;对照组治疗前、治疗后血清IGF-1水平分别为(74.49±19.56)μg/L、(98.24±23.35)μg/L。两组治疗前血清IGF-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清IGF-1水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IGF-1水平较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的良好治疗作用,可能与升高IGF-1水平有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxintong Capsule on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy-two patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(with 36 cases)and observation group(with 36 cases).Patients in the two groups were given routine treatment of western medicine.In addition,patients in the observation group took Naoxintong capsule,1.6 g/time,3 times daily for up to 12 weeks.Serum IGF-1 levels were measured before and after treatment and statistically analyzed.Results Serum IGF-1 levels in the observation group before and after treatment were(76.69±21.28)μg/L and(126.61±28.67)μg/L.The serum IGF-1 levels in the control group before and after treatment were(74.49±19.56)μg/L and(98.24±23.35)μg/L,respectively.There was no significant difference in serum IGF-1 levels before treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Serum IGF-1 levels in both groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IGF-1 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Naoxintong Capsule on angina may be related to the elevation of IGF-1 levels.
