摘　　要：在我国高等工程教育改革发展已经站在新的历史起点的背景下,针对新工科建设要求,地方高校如何做好团队建设,以服务于科技和产业创新,催生新技术和孕育新产业,支撑区域经济发展和产业转型升级,是地方高校面临的迫切问题。针对地方高校的特点和新工科建设的要求,基于高校基本职能和团队构成要素,提出强化特色、多维协同的教学科研型团队建设模式。以服务地方特色产业和行业特色产业设立团队目标,探析团队成员、权限和计划的多维协同机制。研究结果对地方高校乃至其他类型高校的团队建设工作具有参考意义。Under the background that the reform and development of higher engineering education in China has already stood at a new historical starting point,it is an urgent problem for local colleges and universities to do well in team building to meet the requirements of emerging engineering education so as to serve the innovation of science and technology,produce the new technology and new industry and support the regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.According to the characteristics of local colleges and universities and the requirements of emerging engineering education,based on the basic functions and team elements of colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a multi-dimensional collaborative teaching and research team building model.Team position and goal are set to serve local characteristic industries and industry characteristic industries,and multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism of team members,authority and planning are studied.The research results have reference significance for team building in local universities and even other universities.
