摘　　要：开展质量评价是提高地方志编纂质量的重要措施。论述了志书质量评价的复杂性、现有评价机制的弊端和建立全面质量评价体系的可行性,参照普通图书的质量评价方法以及体现志书特性的体例和要求,首次构建成功一个志书质量评价指标体系,并举例进行了评价检验。Doing the quality evaluation well is a important measure that enhances the compiling quality of annals.The author relates and analyzes complexities of the quality evaluation of annals, malpractice of existing evaluation mechanism and feasibility of founding the total quality evaluation system, referring to the quality evaluation methodology of general books and reflecting the specific style and requirements of annals structures a evaluation index system for annals quality for the first time, and gives a example to carry through evaluation examination.
