摘 要:试验研究了30日龄的肉鸡单次肌注(0.2 mg/kg·BW)亚硒酸钠注射液后不同时间采血,用试剂盒法对血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力进行了测定。结果用药后肉鸡血清中SOD活性在4h极显著升高(p<0.01),在24 h左右达到峰值(p<0.01),后缓慢降低,至576 h仍显著高于用药前水平(p<0.05)。机体SOD的活力明显增强,进一步验证了补硒可提高机体的抗氧化能力,体现了硒浓度与SOD活性之间的正相关关系。In this experiment,30-day broilers were intramuscularly injected(0.2 mg/kg o BW)of sodium selenite at different times to collect blood at different times and the serum SOD was determined by kit.The results were as follows.After intramuscular injection,the activity of SOD has very significance increased at 4 h(p<0.01),and reached the peak at 24 h(p<0.01),then decreased slowly and was obviously higher than pre-administration at 576 h(p<0.01).The activity of SOD was enhanced for body,showing selenium supplementation can improve the body’s antioxidant capacity.
