摘　　要：去势术是指摘除或破坏家畜性腺,使其不能分泌激素,消除其生理功能的手术。公羊去势后便以饲养管理,改善肉质,育肥,降低羊肉膻味。Castration refers to the removal or destruction of livestock gonads,so that they can not secrete hormones,eliminate their physiological functions.it is convenient for castrated rams management,meat quality improvement,fattening and the decrease of mutton smell.
