摘　　要：本文结合世界银行贷款山东生态造林项目实践,通过实例说明如何在结合实际的前提下,计算大型林业项目的投资效益。本研究拓展了以往静态估算单一林种或树种经济收益的模式,通过构建造林模型,囊括了多种立地条件、树种和造林模型,考虑了物价变化、投入增加、汇率波动,特别是生态效益等多种因素,以更加完整丰富的视角估算大型林业项目投资效益。相关结论得到世界银行的认可,为今后生态保护修复工程项目的效益评估测算提供直接借鉴。We introduce a practice method for the calculation of investigation benefits of large forestry project. This study extends the previous model of static estimation of economic benefits on a single forest species or tree species. By building afforestation models, a variety of site conditions tree species and afforestation models were used and take in consideration of price change, investment increase and exchange rate fluctuation to estimate the investment benefits of large-scale forestry projects. The results have been accepted by the World Bank and can provide reference to similar ecological construction projects.
