救赎与预警：白蛇与许仙人妖婚恋的伦理思考

摘　　要：《白蛇传》是妇孺皆知的民间传说,论者多因法海拆散白蛇和许仙的爱情婚姻、镇压白蛇而心生憎恶。从民俗文化心理及倡导爱情婚姻自由来说,这种看法极为自然。但若对白、许婚恋作法学及天道伦理视角的思考,则会发现这种人妖(动植物)婚恋是畸形的,违背天道伦理,必须有法海式人物站出来维护正义,白蛇必须被收伏,完成畸形婚恋的救赎。而在科技喷井式发展的今天,反思人与动植物(妖)婚恋具有预警意义。The Legend of White Snake is a well-known folk tale of women and children.Many people generate a sense of hatred when seeing the story because Fa Hai destroyed the love and marriage between the White Snake and Xu Xian and even kept the White Snake under the tower.In terms of folk culture psychology and advocating freedom of love and marriage,this view is very natural.However,considering the perspective of providence&ethics,it is admitted that the love and marriage between the White Snake and Xu Xian are abnormal and against the providence and ethnics.It is necessary to have the people like Fa Hai to uphold justice and have the White Snake subdued for the redemption in this abnormal relation.Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,the reflection on the love and marriage between human beings and demons of animals or plants is of an early warning.
