摘　　要：张元济是中国近代著名出版家、文献学家和教育家,在中国近代文化教育、出版领域有着举足轻重的地位。他在主持商务印书馆业务期间有着辉煌的成就,其丰富的出版思想富含创新精神,对后世出版业产生了深刻影响。他在商务印书馆期间,编撰新式教科书,极大地促进了中国教育事业的发展;翻译出版外文书籍,引进先进的近代文化;广泛搜集抢救古籍并影印出版,对中国传统文化的保护和传承起到了重要作用。张元济的出版思想包括他识人用人的出版人才思想、经营管理思想和编辑思想,值得认真梳理。As a famous publisher,philologist and educator in modern China,Zhang Yuanji plays an important role in modern Chinese culture,education,and publishing.He made brilliant achievements in the period of presiding over the Commercial Press.His rich publishing thoughts were innovative and profoundly influenced the publication industry after him.He compiled new textbooks during the time in the Commercial Press,which greatly promoted Chinese education.He translated and published foreign books introducing advanced modern culture.He extensively collected and rescued ancient books,and then published through photocopying,which played an important role in the protection and inheritance of Chinese traditional culture.Zhang Yuanji's publishing thoughts on choosing the right publishing talent,managing and editing,deserve a thorough carding.
