摘  要:设计了4组外包花纹钢-混凝土组合梁,研究了组合梁的荷载-挠度、荷载-应变和应变沿截面高度的分布曲线,并进行了相应地受力分析。结果表明,4组外包花纹钢-混凝土组合梁的破坏形式都为受弯破坏,梁端未见明显滑移;CACC-1、CACC-2、CACC-3和CACC4组合梁混凝土翼板中钢筋屈服载荷作用时的实测挠度与组合梁极限载荷时的实测挠度的比值δut/δyt分别为1.698819,2.275和3.208,在负弯矩作用下,CACC4组合梁的延性相对较差;同一截面不同位置的荷载-应变曲线可以较好的吻合,表明加载过程中钢梁底板不同位置的受力分布较为均匀;4种组合梁在有效宽度范围内的剪力滞后现象并没有影响到混凝土翼板中受力钢筋的共同作用效果;组合梁中配筋率的增加对开裂载荷不会造成明显影响,但是在相同载荷条件下,配筋率的变化会影响裂缝的产生和发展,组合梁混凝土翼板中配筋率愈大则对跨中裂缝的束缚作用愈强。Four groups of wrapped pattern steel-concrete composite beams are designed,and the load-deflection,load-strain and strain distribution curve along the height of the cross sections are studied,and the corresponding stress analysis is carried out.The results show that the failure modes of the 4 groups of wrapped pattern steel-concrete composite beams are all bending failure and there is no obvious slip at the end of the beams.The ratio of the measured deflection of the concrete flange plate under yield load to the measured deflection under ultimate load in CACC-1,CACC-2,CACC-3 and CACC-4 composite beams is 1.698,1.819,2.275 and 3.208,respectively,under the negative bending moment,the ductility of CACC-4 composite beams is relatively poor,and the load-strain curves at different positions in the same section are in good agreement,indicating that the stress distribution in different positions of the steel beam floor is uniform in the loading process,and the shear lag phenomenon of the 4 composite beams in the range of effective width does not affect the joint effect of the reinforced steel bars in the concrete flange plate.The increase of reinforcement ratio in the composite beam has no obvious effect on the cracking loads,but under the same load conditions,the change of the reinforcement ratio will affect the formation and development of the cracks,the greater the reinforcement ratio in the composite beam concrete flange plate,the stronger the binding effect of the cracks.
