摘  要:目的:分析新生儿抗氧化系统与瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素的关系。方法:200例足月正常新生儿,男128例,女72例;剖宫产81例,阴道分娩119例;小于胎龄儿(SGA)41例,适于胎龄儿(AGA)112例,大于胎龄儿(LGA)47例。取脐动脉血分别检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)等抗氧化指标及瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素水平。结果:男、女新生儿各指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖宫产组新生儿SOD、CAT、GPx活性,GSH含量及瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素水平均低于阴道分娩组(P<0.05);SGA组新生儿抗氧化系统指标及瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素等水平低于AGA组,AGA组低于LGA组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,新生儿SOD、CAT、GPx、GSH等抗氧化系统指标与瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素水平均存在正相关关系(P均<0.05)。结论:新生儿抗氧化系统指标与瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素水平关系密切。Aim:To study the relationship between neonatal antioxidant system and leptin,adiponectin and resistin.Methods:A total of 200 normal full-term infants were selected as subjects.There were 128 males and 72 females;81 cesarean delivery and 119 vaginal delivery;41 smaller than gestation age(SGA),112 suitable to gestation age(AGA)and 47 larger than gestation age(LGA).The umbilical arterial blood was collected to detect antioxidant indicators such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPx)and glutathione(GSH),and adipocytokines such as leptin,adiponectin and resistin.Results:There were no significant differences in the levels of SOD,CAT,GPx,GSH,leptin,adiponectin or resistin between different genders(P>0.05).The levels of above indicators in the cesarean delivery group were significantly lower than those in the vaginal delivery group(P<0.05).The levels of the above indicators of SGA group were lower than AGA group,and those of AGA group were lower than LGA group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that neonatal antioxidant system indicators such as SOD,CAT,GPx and GSH were significantly positively correlated with leptin,adiponectin and resistin(P<0.05).Conclusions:The antioxidant system indicators in neonates may be closely related to the levels of leptin,adiponectin and resistin.
