摘  要:目的探讨地塞米松溶液预处理导管对预防肿瘤患者PICC后静脉炎发生的有效性及安全性,为临床护理实践提供循证依据。方法将符合研究标准的肿瘤患者分为两组,试验组置管前采用浓度为0.04 mg/ml的地塞米松稀释液对导管进行预处理,对照组采用浓度为0.9%生理盐水进行导管预处理,比较两组患者置管后发生静脉炎例数与静脉炎发生时间。结果两组患者静脉炎的发生率无统计学差异(χ^2=3.138,P=0.076),但地塞米松组患者静脉炎发生时间明显延后(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤患者PICC置管中,应用地塞米松预处理导管虽不能有效降低患者的静脉炎发生率但能延缓发生时间。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of dexamethasone solution pretreatment peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC) in preventing phlebitis in patients with cancer,and to provide evidence for clinical nursing practice.Methods The tumor patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was pretreated with dexamethasone diluted solution with a concentration of/ml before catheterization,and control group was pretreated with a concentration of 0.9% normal saline for catheterization.The number and occurrence time of phlebitis after catheterization were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of phlebitis between two groups(χ^2=3.138,P=0.076),but the occurrence time of phlebitis in dexamethasone group was significantly delayed(P<0.01).Conclusion Although dexamethasone pretreatment catheter can not effectively reduce the occurrence of phlebitis in patients with PICC catheterization,but it can decrease the occurrence time of phlebitis.
