摘 要:离心压缩机组在临近工作转速时出现振动波动,排除了对中不好、轴瓦间隙超差和不平衡等问题后,找出原因为联轴器质量过重及联轴器重心距离临近的压缩机支撑轴承过远。当外激励源的质量和力矩较大时,可以在很低转速下激发出轴系的悬臂振型,当该振型的固有频率与工作转速的转率比较接近时,就会使离心压缩机组在工作转速附近振动过大且无法保持稳定。结合现场实例分析了联轴器在改造前后的轴系无阻尼振型特征和不平衡响应特征。通过对联轴器的改造,减少了联轴器重心质量及改变了联轴器重心位置,即减少了悬臂振型对机组轴系振型的影响,使压缩机的悬臂振型固有频率与工频的隔离裕度满足了API要求,压缩机振动恢复正常。The unsteady vibration problem occur when the compressor running around the rotating speed, the reason is found out which the large mass of the coupling and the compressor support bearing is far away from the center of gravity of the coupling. When the quality and torque of the external excitation source are relatively large, the inherentfrequency of vibration of mode is close to the rotating speed ratio, the vibration of compressor is very high. In this paper, a coupling transformation which reduce the quality and change the gravity location of coupling in an actual engineering case is carried out. After analyze the undamped vibration of mode characteristic and unbalanced response of coupling before and after the transformation, the influence of cantilever mode of vibration of compressor shaft is reduced. The inherent frequency of vibration of mode and the isolation margin of frequency reach the API requirements, the vibration of compressor back to normal.
