摘  要:为了有效解决静脉输液过程中手动更换储液瓶的问题,结合红外光电技术、嵌入式底层驱动技术、PID技术和Android系统设计了一款监控系统.红外光电传感器对输液过程进行实时监测,传感器底层驱动采集滴速、药液有无等信息.Android统的APK通过NDK获取传感器底层驱动的信息,利用PID技术计算调整董,发送控制指令到执行器底层驱动以控制执行器更换储液瓶和滴速调整.实验结果表明,该系统能够准确地监控滴速,自动更换储液瓶,减轻了医护人员的负担.In order to effectively solve the problem of replace the liquid storage bottle manually,a monitoring system is designed based on optoelectronic technology,embedded underlying driver technology.PID technology and Android technology.The infrared photoelectric sensors monitor the infusion process in real time.The driver of the sensor collects information such as the drip rate and the presence or absence of the drug.APK uses NDK to obtains information from the driver of the sensor,uses PID technology to calculate adjustment,send control commands to the driver of the actuator,replace the liquid storage bottle and adjust the drip speed with the actuator.Experimental results show that the system is able to accurately monitor the drip rate,replace the liquid storage bottle automatically,reduce the burden of medical staff.
