摘　　要：对民间音乐文化资源的保护与开发利用不仅是一个国家、民族、地区文化传统的延续,也关系到文化对社会生活带来的影响。文化产业化以演艺业、电子产品、数字媒体、文创产品、休闲娱乐、文化旅游等不同形态存在,在不同程度上承载着文化传统所具有的思想内容和价值观念。对洞庭湖区民间音乐产业化的探讨,不仅可以对其有效保护与传承,还能使之走向社会与消费群体形成一种互动关系,融入到人们的社会生活中。The protection and exploitation of folk music cultural resources is not only the continuation of cultural traditions of a country, a nation or a region, but also related to the impact of culture on social life. Cultural industrialization exists in different forms, such as performing arts, electronic products, digital media, creative products, leisure and entertainment, cultural tourism and so on. It bears the content and values of cultural traditions to varying degrees. Discussing the industrialization of folk music in Dongting Lake area can not only protect and inherit it effectively, but also make it move towards society and consumer groups to form an interactive relationship and integrate it into people’s social life.
