摘　　要：目的:基于医联体建设的政策导向,对医联体建设视域下的医疗机构分工协作现状进行综述。方法:全面梳理国内外有关医疗机构分工协作的相关文件,对其进行整理分析。结果:当前学界主要围绕分工协作理论在医疗卫生领域的应用、医疗机构分工协作模式、医疗机构分工协作动力因素展开探索,但医疗机构分工协作效果整体并不理想。结论:未来可围绕利益相关者视角下医疗机构分工协作博弈关系、患者就医行为引导策略、“互联网+”背景下医疗机构分工协作机制等方面展开深入研究。Objective:Based on the policy orientation of the construction of China's medical cluster,this paper summarizes the current situation of the division of labor and cooperation of medical institutions from the perspective of the construction of the medical cluster.Methods:It sorts out and analyzes the relevant documents on division of labor and cooperation of medical institutions at home and abroad.Results:Presently,the academic circles mainly focus on the application of the theory of division of labor and cooperation in the field of health care,the mode of division of labor and cooperation in medical institutions,and the dynamic factors of division of labor and cooperation in medical institutions,but the overall effect of division of labor and cooperation in medical institutions is not good.Conclusion:Further research can focus on the relationship between division of labor and coordination among medical institutions from the perspective of stakeholders,the guiding strategies of patient seeking behavior,and the division and cooperation mechanism of medical institutions under the background of"Internet plus".
