摘　　要：目的:明确北京市康复治疗学专业学生的学历教育程度现状及每年的招生状况;明确北京市区域内医院对康复治疗学专业人才在数量和层次方面的需求现状。方法:采取访谈调研方法,一是调研北京市目前医学类院校及相关院校康复治疗学专业学生的学历教育程度及规模,了解其每年能够向社会提供的毕业生数量和学历层次;二是调研目前北京市区域内康复医院建设的规模和未来发展趋势,了解未来康复治疗师的需求量。结果:目前北京市康复治疗学专业学生招生不足,向社会提供毕业生的数量不足,并且学历层次不高。结论:北京市相关院校每年康复治疗专业学生毕业人数不足,向医院提供的康复治疗专业人才数量不足。康复治疗专业优秀人才少,不能满足社会需要。Objectives:The purpose of the present study is to clarify the current situation of the degree of education and the status of enrollment in rehabilitation therapy students in Beijing.To clarify the current situation of the number and level of rehabilitation physicians in hospitals in Beijing.Methods:The author took interviews and research methods,to investigate the current medical institutions in Beijing and related institutions of rehabilitation therapy student degree and scale,each year to the community to provide the number of graduates,what level of graduates.To investigate the current size of the rehabilitation hospital in Beijing and the future development trend,as well as the future demand for rehabilitation therapists is how many.Results:At present,the number of students majoring in rehabilitation therapy in Beijing is insufficient,the number of graduates available to society is insufficient,and the level of education is moderately lower.Conclusion:The number of graduates of rehabilitation majors in the relevant institutions in Beijing is insufficient each year,and the number of people provided to the hospital is insufficient.Due to the current situation of education,etc.,the outstanding talents in the rehabilitation therapy profession are even rarer,and to some extent,they cannot meet the requirements of the demand side.
