摘  要:目的:调查了解中国医学科学院肿瘤医院青年职工对廉洁从业问题的思想认知情况,探索改进廉政教育的方式,为公立医院加强对青年职工的廉政管理提供参考。方法:对该医院45岁以下青年职工进行问卷调查和定性访谈。结果:该医院青年职工关注廉政信息,希望通过更多渠道了解廉政信息;对腐败问题持不认同态度,不愿受不良风气影响;对商业贿赂法律概念仍存在认识不清的问题;希望通过制度、监督和惩戒方式遏制医疗腐败,希望增加合理收入,规避灰色收入。结论:绝大多数青年职工树立了正确的廉洁价值观。医院应把握青年职工的特点,顺应青年职工的需求,加强对青年职工群体的廉洁教育和廉政管理。Objectives:To investigate the ideological cognition of young staffs in cancer hospital on the problem of honest employment,explore ways to improve honest education,and strengthen the honest administration of young staffs.Methods:Survey and qualitative interviews were conducted among young workers less than 45 years old.Results:Young staffs pay attention to honest information and hope to know more about the information through more channels.They do not agree with corruption and are unwilling to be affected by bad customs.There is still no clear understanding of the legal concept of commercial bribery.They hope to suppress medical corruption by means of strengthening the system,supervision and punishment.They also hope to increase reasonable income.Conclusions:The majority of young staffs have established a correct honest value.Hospitals should conform to the needs of them and strengthen the honest education and management of young staffs.
