摘　　要：目的:分析现状,探讨如何培养符合新时代要求的医院科研管理队伍,建立有利于科研人员从事科研活动的科研管理平台。方法:结合文献研究和调查研究方法,对全国各地多所研究型医院科研管理队伍建设情况进行现状调查和统计分析。结果:医院科研管理人才专业化程度和学历水平日渐提升,但远不能满足工作需要,存在任务重、人员少,重使用、轻培养,无激励、少规划等现实问题,需采取进一步举措培养和激励科研管理人员的建设和发展。结论:医院科研管理服务的能力与质量直接影响研究型医院的整体科研水平,激发和提升科研管理队伍的整体素质和创新服务水平是适应科技创新新形势的迫切要求,具有重要的现实意义。Objective:To analyze the current situation,and to explore how to build a research management team in line with the requirements of the new era,and to create a research management platform that could facilitate research activities.Methods:Based on the literature review and questionnaire analysis,the study of the present situation of research management team across the country has been conducted and statistically analyzed,aiming at discussing the challenges and providing constructive suggestions for the building of research management team.Results:The professionalism and educational level of research management team are gradually improving,but they are far from meeting the needs of work.There are practical problems such as heavy tasks,insufficient personnel,focusing on the use with limited training,no incentive,and little planning.Further measures should be taken to cultivate and stimulate the construction and development of research management team.Conclusion:The ability and effect of research management services have a direct impact on the overall research level of research hospitals.Stimulating and improving the quality of research management team and innovative service level is an urgent need of the new era of scientific and technological innovation,which has practical significance.
