摘 要:目的:运用项目管理缩短体检等候时间。方法:运用项目管理改进体检流程,观察改进前后各100例受检者的体检等候时间及满意度。结果:男性受检者体检等候时间由(96.60±12.34)分钟降至(84.40±10.36)分钟(P<0.05),女性受检者体检等候时间由(101.50±8.56)分钟降至(86.50±12.24)分钟(P<0.05),满意度由90%提升至99%(P<0.05)。结论:实施项目管理可有效缩短体检中心受检者的等候时间,有利于提高体检服务工作满意度。管理者的支持、多科室的共同协作是改进的重要因素。Objective:Use project management to shorten the waiting time for the health examination.Methods:Using project management to improve the physical examination process,observe the physical examination waiting time and satisfaction of 100 subjects before and after improvement.Results:The waiting time for physical examination of male subjects decreased from(96.60±12.34)minutes to(84.40±10.36)minutes(P<0.05),and the waiting time for female subjects decreased from(101.50±8.56)minutes(86.50±12.24)Minutes(P<0.05),satisfaction increased from 90%to 99%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of project management can effectively shorten the waiting time of the examinee of the medical examination center,which is conducive to improving the satisfaction of the medical examination service.The support of administrators and the collaboration of multiple departments are important factors for improvement.
