摘　　要：目的:调查国内医院药学监护现状,为建立药学监护收费标准管理体系和评价标准提供基础,同时为政府相关部门的决策提供背景支持和专业支持。方法:围绕开展情况、任职资格、工作负荷量及补偿情况,对全国15个省(市)的143所医院药学监护服务情况进行在线问卷调查和分析。结果:住院患者药学监护集中开展在三级医院中,开展率为78.5%;开展人员资质要求以本科学历、中级职称及3年以上工作经验为主,工作负荷大;在开展住院患者药学监护中,仅有2所三级医院收费。结论:药学监护是保证药物应用安全、有效、经济的一种药学服务,缺乏服务报酬是阻碍其发展的关键障碍之一。从未来发展角度,应建立药师激励机制,促进药学监护服务质量提高。Objective: To investigate the current situation of pharmaceutical care in the hospital in China, to provide a basis for establishing a pharmaceutical care charge standard management system and evaluation standards. And to provide background and professional support for decision-making by relevant government departments. Methods: An online questionnaire survey and analysis was conducted on the status of pharmacy monitoring services in 143 hospitals in 15 provinces (municipalities) across the country based on the development, qualifications, workload and compensation. Results: The intensive care of inpatients was carried out in Grade III hospitals, with a development rate of 78.5%. The qualification requirements for the staff were mainly bachelor's degree, intermediate title and more than 3 years of work experience, and the workload was large. Only 2 Grade III hospitals charge. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical monitoring is a kind of pharmaceutical service that guarantees the safe, effective and economic application of medicines. Lack of service compensation is one of the key obstacles hindering its development. From the perspective of future development, a pharmacist incentive mechanism should be established to promote the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical monitoring services.
