摘　　要：目的:通过对贵州省黔北地区儿童医疗卫生服务现状的分析和探讨,提出相关对策建议。方法:应用万方、CNKI等数据库收集儿童医疗卫生服务体系相关文献并归纳、整理,将SWOT分析法与访谈法相结合,分析黔北地区儿童医疗卫生服务存在的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结果:黔北地区儿童医疗服务技术处于贵州省领先水平,儿童医疗服务的诊疗需求量仍在上涨之中,但黔北地区儿童医疗服务资源紧缺并存在分布不均衡现象,儿科医师供不应求且收入不高,医患关系紧张,基层医疗机构儿科诊疗能力弱。结论:应加强儿科人才队伍建设,加强基层医疗全科服务能力,提升儿科专科服务水平,以预防为主减少医患矛盾,进一步完善和提高黔北地区儿童医疗服务水平。Objective: Through analysis and discussion of the current situation of children's medical and health services in Qianbei, Guizhou Province, and put forward related countermeasures and suggestions. Methods: Databases such as Wanfang and CNKI were used to collect and summarize the relevant documents of children's medical and health service system, and the SWOT analysis method and interview method were combined to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of children's medical and health service in northern Guizhou. Results: The technology of children's medical services in the north of Guizhou is at the leading level in Guizhou Province. The demand for children's medical services is still rising. However, the resources of children's medical services in the north of Guizhou are in short supply and there is an uneven distribution. High, doctor-patient relationship is tense, and pediatric diagnosis and treatment capabilities in primary medical institutions are weak. Conclusion: The construction of pediatric talent team should be strengthened, the basic pediatric medical general service capacity should be strengthened, the pediatric specialty service level should be enhanced, the prevention-oriented reduction of the doctor-patient contradiction, and the quality of children's medical services in northern Guizhou should be further improved.
