摘　　要：目的:研究珠海市公立医院2015-2017年经营效率情况,为公立医院提高医疗资源使用效率、优化医院管理提供依据。方法:采用DEA分析中的CCR-DEA模型、BCC-DEA模型和Malmquist模型进行经营效率的静态和动态分析。结果:平均综合技术效率值为0.971,Malmquist指数均值为0.879,全要素生产率变化主要受技术效率的变化影响。结论:珠海市公立医院2015-2017年综合效率较好,经营管理保持较平稳运行。Objective: To study the operating efficiency of public hospitals in Zhuhai from 2015 to 2017, and to provide a basis for public hospitals to improve the use of medical resources and optimize hospital management. Methods: The CCR-DEA model, BCC-DEA model and Malmquist model in DEA analysis were used for static and dynamic analysis of business efficiency. Results: The average comprehensive technical efficiency value was 0.971 and the average Malmquist index was 0.879. The change in total factor productivity was mainly affected by changes in technical efficiency. Conclusion: The overall efficiency of public hospitals in Zhuhai City from 2015 to 2017 is excellent, and the operation and management remain relatively stable.
