摘　　要：在医疗改革进程中,持续探索国家临床重点专科医疗质量控制管理方式。通过分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科持续改进医疗质量的管理方法和存在的问题,提出相关对策改进实际工作中存在的问题,达到精细化管理医疗质量、促进医疗质量持续良性发展及增强社会效益的目的。During the process of healthcare reform, this study is aiming at exploring the method in the medical quality management of the national clinical key specialty. The advantages and current problems in medical quality management in the department of Neurosurgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital were analyzed. To consistently overcome the problems during the management of medical quality, we can achieve a better precise management protocol, hence to booster the development of medical quality management and social-economic level.
