摘 要:目的:探讨建立临床医师高级职称岗位聘任评价指标体系,为医院科学开展岗位聘任工作提供依据。方法:利用Delphi法和层析分析法对临床医师高级职称岗位聘任评价指标进行筛选及权重赋值。结果:构建了包括医德医风、综合素养、临床业绩、医疗质量、科研业绩、教学业绩和人才发展等7个一级指标和26个二级指标的临床医师高级职称岗位聘任评价指标体系。结论:该指标体系概括了临床医师高级职称岗位聘任考核重点,突出了医师临床业绩和医疗质量考核的重要性,为医院科学开展岗位聘任工作提供了依据。Objective: To establish an evaluation index system for the academic promotion of senior clinicians, and to provide a basis for the scientific development of academic promotion in hospitals. Methods: Using the Delphi method and chromatographic analysis method to screen and evaluate the evaluation index of academic promotion for senior clinicians. Results: The evaluation index system of senior clinical doctor academic promotion is constructed, which includes 7 first- class indexes and 26 second-class indexes, such as medical ethics, comprehensive quality, clinical performance, medical quality, scientific research performance, teaching performance and talent development. Conclusion: The index system summarizes the key points of clinical doctor academic promotion assessment, highlights the importance of clinical performance and medical quality assessment, and provides a basis for hospital academic promotion.
