摘　　要：工会作为医院党政联系职工群众的桥梁,组织开展岗位练兵和职业技能竞赛,是围绕医院大局和职工需求开展工作的重要内容。分析了相关法律和政策文件对工会的定位和要求,介绍了首都医科大学宣武医院近5年来组织开展职工技能竞赛的实践和成效,总结了当前工作开展中存在的问题和难点,并针对性提出建议。As a bridge between the party and the government and the masses of the staff, the labor union organizes and carries out post training and vocational skill competition, which is an important part of the work around the overall situation of the hospital and the needs of the staff. We analyzed the position and requirements of relevant laws and policy documents for trade unions, introduced the practice and effect of organizing and carrying out staff skill competition in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University in recent five years, summarized the problems and difficulties in the current work and made targeted suggestions.
