摘  要:高速公路波形护栏腐蚀是影响护栏使用寿命的重要因素。为解决护栏腐蚀问题,制备了不同锌含量的环氧锌基涂层,并通过抗拉试验研究其在湿面、浮土、油污和钢材表面的附着性,同时通过耐酸试验、耐盐雾试验和耐湿热试验研究环氧锌基涂层的长期性能。结果表明:环氧锌基涂层在钢材、湿面和浮土表面有很好的附着性,而在油污表面的附着性较差;环氧锌基涂层耐酸性较好;环氧锌基涂层的耐盐雾性和耐湿热性能优异。Corrosion of highway wave guardrail is an important factor affecting the service life of guardrail. In order to solve the problem of guardrail corrosion, epoxy zinc-based coatings with different zinc contents were prepared. The adhesion was studied by tensile test on wet surface, floating soil, oil and steel surfaces. The long-term performance of epoxy zinc-based coatings were studied by acid resistance test, salt spray resistance test and damp heat resistance test. The results show that the epoxy zinc-based coating has good adhesion on the surface of steel, wet and floating soil, and has poor adhesion on the oil surface. The epoxy zinc-based coatings have good acid resistance. Epoxy zinc-based coatings are excellent in salt spray resistance and moist heat resistance.
