基于CNKI数据库的国内社会办医研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:了解当前国内社会办医的研究现状和发展趋势,为后续研究和实践提供参考。方法:以2009-2019年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中与“社会办医”相关的论文作为数据来源,利用Citespace软件对国内该领域相关研究文献的作者、机构、高频关键词等进行文献计量分析。结果:文献量从2013年开始迅速增加,但在2017年以后呈逐年下降趋势,研究热度正在下降;《中国医院院长》是社会办医研究发文最多的期刊;庞震苗、金春林、何达等在该领域的研究成果较多;广州中医药大学、上海市卫生发展研究中心、广东省中医药局、成都中医药大学是研究成果较多的研究机构;该领域的研究热点主要集中于医改、非营利性、新医改、现状、多点执业、政策分析、对策、医疗保险等方面,而医疗费用、效率、医疗联合体、分级诊疗等正在成为新兴的研究前沿。结论:国内社会办医领域的研究力度需要加强,高水平期刊的发文量和研究内容的创新性有待进一步提升,同时要进一步扩大合作研究范围,不断推进社会办医领域的研究走向深入。In order to further understand the current research status and development trend of private medical institutions in our country,this study uses the advanced search method to search the relevant research literature of domestic private medical institutions in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2009 to 2019,Statistics and analysis of the publication year,number of publications,and distribution of journals in relevant research literatures in the field in China,using Citespace software to map authors and institutions network maps,keyword co-occurrence network maps,emerging chronology and time series maps,The research status and research hotspots in the medical field are analyzed.The results show that the number of published research papers in the field of private medical institutions has increased rapidly since 2013,but it has been declining year by year after 2017,and the research heat is declining;The Chinese Hospital CEO is the most published journal of Private medical institutions research;Pang Zhenmiao,Jin Chunlin,He Da are the most productive authors;the management of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai Health Development Research Center,Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are relatively productive institutions;research hotspots in this field are mainly focused on medical reform,non-profit,new medical reform,status quo,multi-point practice,policy analysis,countermeasures,medical insurance,etc.while medical expenses,efficiency,medical complex,graded diagnosis are becoming emerging research frontiers.
