摘　　要：科技创新是大型综合性医院引领医学科技发展,转变传统医疗模式,提升医疗机构服务效能,发挥科技引领与创新辐射能力,支撑和驱动医院可持续发展的策源力。作者介绍了上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院在建国70年的发展历程中,契合医学模式发展,逐步形成了科技创新驱动的大型综合性医院发展之路,吸引各类医学人才汇聚,策源医学科技与临床实践进步的重要举措与成功案例。旨在通过总结经验,为建设上海科创中心、建设引领一流的医学中心作出表率与示范。Science and technology innovation is the important sources of transferring medical model, improving hospital efficiency and promoting hospital sustainable development in large public hospitals. The successful experiences of science and technology innovation leading hospital development and matching medical model in Affiliated Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University have been introduced. The important countermeasures on science and technology innovation based clinical practice and talent accumulation have been discussed and summarized to give an example for building Shanghai science and technology innovation center and leading top medical center construction.
