摘　　要：目的:识别医院科研项目的成本风险类型,并提出管理策略。方法:根据项目风险的来源进行识别,包含市场行情变化、实验物资风险、意外安全事故、实验失败、项目变更、纠纷与法律风险,针对风险研制对策,包含:设立风险基金、风险的外包与转移策略、供货协议化解物价变化、研制风险容忍度制度、风险自控等。结果:医学科研项目的风险可以提前识别,及早进行预防和采取对策。结论:积极识别医学科研项目的成本风险,适当加以管理和干预,有助于科研项目经费合理合法的使用,保障项目顺利开展,提高项目完成质量。Objectives: To identify the cost risk types of hospital scientific research projects and put forward management strategies. Methods: Identify the source of project risk, including market change, experimental material risk, accident safety accident, experiment failure, project change, disputes and legal risk. Develop countermeasures against risk, including establishing risk fund, outsourcing and transfer strategy of risk, resolving price change by supply agreement, developing risk tolerance system, risk self-control. Results: The risk of medical research projects can be identified in advance, prevented and taken countermeasures as soon as possible. Conclusions: Actively identifying the cost risk of medical scientific research projects, properly managing and intervening, will help to rationally and legally use the funds of scientific research projects, ensure the smooth development of projects, and improve the quality of project completion.
