摘　　要：通过分析研究医院科研公共服务平台绩效的考核现状、实施过程、考核指标、考核办法等内容,构建基于"订单-虚拟币"模式的医院科研公共服务平台绩效体系,以期达到量化科研服务,强化科研成本管控,调动平台科研实验人员的积极性、主动性的目标,充分发挥医院科研公共服务平台的资源和技术优势,推动科研工作的稳定可持续性发展。By studying the performance of hospital scientific research public platform from the present situation, the implementation process, evaluation index, evaluation method, the performance system based on order-virtual currency model of scientific research public service platform has been set up to quantitative research service, strengthen the scientific cost control, motivate the personnel’s enthusiasm. It can full play the roles of resources and technology allocation of scientific research public service platform and promote the scientific research work sustainable development.
