委属委管医院托管下的县域医共体建设模式探索

摘　　要：医共体是当前医改形势下为执行分级诊疗制度而出现的一种县域医疗资源整合的新模式。龙头医院作为医共体的核心,其医疗技术水平及管理能力直接关系到医共体运行的质量。为了建立高质量的县域医共体,京山市人民政府委托委属委管的华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院托管京山市人民医院,并以该院为龙头建立县域医共体,不仅提升了龙头医院的整体实力,为医共体的建立提供了可靠的保障,同时还达到了将医共体与医联体建设同步推进的目的,为分级诊疗的实施提供了一种可行路径。Medical community is a new mode of medical resources integration in county to promoting hierarchical medical system establishment. Leading hospital which has the advantage of medical technology and the management directly reflects the quality of medical community operation. In order to establish a high quality of medical community, Jingshan Municipal assured Union hospital of hosting Jingshan People’s Hospital, and the county medical community was established with the latter hospital as the leader. This mode not only improves the overall strength of leading hospitals and provides reliable guarantee for the establishment of medical community, but also advances the construction of medical community and medical association simultaneously, and providing an innovative mode for the implementation of hierarchical medical care.
